..PKR’s Ipoh Barat division chief Fauzi Muda caused a stir when went to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to seek its help.
Fauzi claimed that the police had been intimidating and harassing him over his statutory declaration in which he had alleged that Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak had offered him RM50 million to engineer political defections.
He said the MACC and the police should either charge him or Najib if they were serious about investigating the statutory declaration.
“I challenge them to charge me. I am prepared to go to court to reveal all evidence that I have including a recording of my converstion with Najib,” he said.
He complained that the MACC did not seem interested to pursue the matter with Najib while the police appeared to have been instructed to act against him.
