MBPJ passes RM245 mil budget without consultation with residents

Petaling Jaya ratepayers are unhappy with the Petaling Jaya City Council’s (MBPJ) RM245mil budget for 2008. 
Residents believe the council could do a lot better, especially with such a large sum allocated towards staffing and management fees.
