Petaling Jaya ratepayers are unhappy with the Petaling Jaya City Council’s (MBPJ) RM245mil budget for 2008.
Residents believe the council could do a lot better, especially with such a large sum allocated towards staffing and management fees.
Many also expressed their disappointment at not being invited to the meeting that they viewed as very important.
