Errant student’s father uses police connection to have teacher arrested
AFTER a student went home and complained to his well-connected father that his teacher had threatened to pull his pants down if he contravened school discipline again, the angry father had policemen arrest the teacher in class at an elite Kuala Lumpur school, Harian Metro highlighted.
The teacher, in his 30s, spent a night in a police lock-up and was only freed after getting help from an influential friend.
The student, from a well-known family, had complained to his father about the teacher’s warning.
According to a source quoted by the daily, the father used his police connections to act against the teacher.
